Last night was the annual Photographers of the Triangle Society competition. 3 esteemed judges come from around the state - men who have won great accolades and have many years of experience come and judge some of our work. Competition is quite fierce - many great photographers come from around the Triangle and put their best in competition. The judges too are quite particular. To earn a Master's in Photography, one must get a certain amount of merits from competition. Merits are hard to come by. Many great photographs are entered and a small percentage of them get merited every year - there is a high standard to preserve the integrity of a professional photographer so that our clients, get true professionalism.
So, to make a long story short - I entered 3 of my images. I won first place for my image that I call "Jilted". It's the senior against the coke machine a few posts back. Check it out!
